There are signs of use, marks and imperfections on the pieces. The cutting teeth do show some signs of use and wear. As noted above, it looks like a couple taps have been replaced, 1 snap on and ace. The plastic storage box is dirty and showing signs of wear given age.

A few of the teeth/edges dies look to have some chips, but no major issues noted. However, most appear to be in good usable condition. One of the 7/16 taps has tip broken off. The red trays have heavier dirt and staining.

However, most of them have pretty good finish given age. Most of the pieces are original Craftsman. Overall most parts look to be in good used mechanical condition. The 3/8 -16 also looks to be missing, there are two versions of the 7/16-14.
